2. Professional Conduct
As an elite platform for directors and executives, we maintain strict standards of professional conduct. Users are expected to interact with peers and instructors with the highest level of integrity. Any form of harassment, unauthorized distribution of proprietary course material, or misrepresentation of professional status may lead to immediate account termination without refund.
3. Intellectual Property
The content, frameworks, playbooks, and strategic tools provided through the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of SEN Global and its licensors. They are intended for your personal, professional development only and may not be reproduced or used for commercial training purposes without prior written consent.
Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, the Academy, or third parties, or for any other reason.
